NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY

Essé DOES NOT endorse any return or exchange policy as a standard company protocol, irrespective of a domestic or international order, neither on off the rack nor on made to measure pieces. 

ALTERATIONS

Only alterations shall be accepted in case of the below mentioned exceptional scenarios: 

1. If the merchandise you have ordered from us is damaged or defective. 

2. If you receive an incorrect item instead of the merchandise you ordered.

3. If the garment fit is off according to our style-guide.

In the above scenarios, the client must notify our team about the issue over an email stating the concerns clearly along with the images of the problem areas in the outfit within 24 hours of receiving it. 
Once the garment is received on approval by ESSÉ, please be informed that the sole discretion of accepting the return or exchange of the piece lies with www.essedesignstudio.com only based on the timelines and quality of the returned piece. While sending the outfit back, please ensure that the merchandise is unused, and is in a properly sealed condition as you received it, with its original packaging. Necessary corrections shall be made to the outfit upon approval and returned within a fresh date of delivery to the customer. Any alteration post six months from the date of purchase would be chargeable as per extent of alteration.

FIT & SIZE 

Kindly refer to our standard size-chart for a better understanding of the body measurements that fit you best. Fit variantly depends on the cut and style respectively. 

Bespoke outfits shall be made according to the measurements provided by the customer. If the fit varies due to inaccurate measurements provided to us, alterations will be chargeable henceforth. Customisations of any and every kind are liable to charges based on the number of alterations being made to our original style, size and fit.  

COLOR VARIATIONS

Product images throughout the website are subject to slight color variations. Images on the screen may appear negligibly different in terms of tones and shades of the actual product. Imperfections in the fabric or print/color/dye may occur due to natural processes in most cases and manual in some, which do not fall under QC fails or rejects.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded upon request after being processed by our team. All orders are handcrafted especially for you, hence ESSÉ reserves the right to accept or cancel orders at any given point.

SALE

Promotional offers may only be valid on certain merchandise on the website for a limited time period. Sale prices remain applicable only on www.essedesignstudio.com . Kindly note that the sale outfits cannot be exchanged or returned. No alterations shall be accepted for items on sale.

DELIVERY POLICIES 

We currently DONOT provide Cash On Delivery services. All orders shall be prepaid. Domestic shipping charges and International shipping charges are to be calculated and paid by the customer on checkout.
